Yeah, I made the thread as a troll thread at first, but it actually started making sense. To me atleast.

There's no way that Kurama had a contract with both Obito and Madara, especially when they aren't even supposed to feel the chakra of the summoner, as shown with Gumabunta.

I think you guys are overthinking this topic. In my opinion, from what i read in the manga, there is a plothole: we don't know how madara can use the summoning jutsu on kurama. BUT, the only valid explination from the manga would be that he has indeed a contract with kurama. How he made it, we dont know. Here we cand only fanfic a response, maybe he forced kurama to accept the contract in the genjutsu.

Also, while madara has this summoning ability that is permanent and in the end the bond between kurama and madara was never broken, madara simply died, while this happened, obite does not have this ability but for a single night, precisely when kurama escapes from kushina's seal. Again, we can only fanfic why he could summon kurama in the village. It is not explained in the manga. We know for sure that obito did not sign a contract that night, so we know for sure that just puting a beast in genjutsu does not make it yours, and that if the genjutsu is broken the beast is free.

So OT, no, sasuke does not have any tailed beast under his command in this moment, he could go after them, bind them in genjutsu again and make them sign a contract. Or he could befriend them. )

But sasuke does not have their power right now, they are not in his arsenal..

The thing is that there are summons that can be summoned without contracts.

As well, to say that it was by contract, we'd have to ignore the fact that they can't feel the summoners chakra and we'd have to assume that the Bijuu even have contracts when there has been absolutely no proof of this. We then have to assume that Madara signed Obito into it because that was never even hinted at either.

On the other hand, we see that Obito was able to summon Kurama right after putting him in genjutsu we see that Madara had already put him in genjutsu and coincidentally he could also summon Kurama, and we see that Kurama could actually feel Madara's chakra like he did Sasuke's. It's a much simpler answer.

Contract summons can't feel the chakra of their summoner if that's what you're trying to prove.

On top of that, Pein did the same thing and they don't need a contract.

But in the scan I provided, Kurama wasn't under Madara's Genjutsu. The most probable thing is that during the time Madara had Kurama in his Sharingan Genjutsu, he forcefully made a summoning contract with Kurama.

See, but that can't be because summons cannot distinguish chakra like that. The first time Naruto summoned Gumabunta, Gumabunta thought it was Jiraiya that had done it.

Also, there are no hints at all that there is a contract between them.

It was explained to me that even after the genjutsu, some chakra remains, or atleats the connection does. That makes more sense to me because Obito was also able to summon Kurama when he had him in genjutsu.
