It's technically not wrong if you use it with the Kage, since in Japanese they generally say "Hokage-sama" or "Raikage-sama", with the honorific of "-sama" being the equivalent of "Lord".

Though in English it sounds crappy. I wouldn't have an issue with it if people said "Minato-sama" instead of "Lord Minato" because the former sounds more natural.

Anyone else other than the Kage being referred to as "Lord" or with "-sama" is just retarded though.
