It doesn't matter who is stronger in base

Even if someone is stronger in base, it doesn't mean they're really stronger.

For example:
Base Jiraiya is stronger than Base Naruto.

But we all know bm>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Sm Jiraiya.

So why mention base forms for fights when they're not really going full power? It's just debating who is stronger when they're both holding back.

Maybe if it was Hashirama and Minato, cuz all they have is base. But if it's a character in base, who has a powerup, they're being compared to someone else in a weaker state.

I do not agree. Some people's base is just stronger than others, just like in DBZ when Majin Buu base was stronger than Goku's base, yet Goku is stronger.

Those are made for the fun of debating,conversation,share oponions etc,etc.
And ofc base stats are very important for a shinobi cause as stated and above by many not you can't stay powered up forever!!
Don't forget that Naruto at the first part didn't have all those power ups and most fight were done with base stats.So it's nice to go back in this from times to times.
