It doesn't make sense. How is Naruto still alive?

Sasuke has Rinnegan/EMS, Half of Hagoromo's Chakra and the 9 Bijuu.

Naruto has Rikudo Senjutsu, Half of Hagoromo's Chakra, portions of 8 Bijuu and 1 Full Bijuu and he has the ability to take in shitloads of Nature Energy.

Naruto and Sasuke are equal when you don't take into account all that Nature Energy and the 9 Bijuu, add them both, and they are equal again. NE is basically Naruto's answer to Sasuke taking the Bijuu's power. That's why Naruto isn't getting stomped. He was much stronger than Sasuke before.

You sir are the one that gets a +rep for a well explained reason to why naruto hasnt gotten stomped yet

well just to clear things up, the chakra the bijuu gave to naruto would have restored. so that was all the bijuu power plus half of kurama. plus his ems and rennigan. naruto has the senjutsu of the six paths, half of kurama plus small portions of the other bijuu. now what you are not realizing is, that senjutsu is very powerful. while yes sasuke just basically got a shit ton of chakra from the bijuu, think about what naruto just did. he already had this great amount of chakra, plus the senjutsu he already possessed. now he had one of his clones gather natural energy from everything on the surface of the planets. he gathered so much natural energy that we were able to actually see it. so while sasuke may have gotten the bijuu chakra, naruto also hot planet level natural energy, like what the juubi itself was described to be like. although naruto was holdin his own before he gained that extra senjutsu after sasuke had absorbed the bijuu chakra.

also what you have to remember is kaguya had even more chakra then that. she had the bijuu inside her and chakra from everybody under IT. plus she had the use of every kkg. naruto was able to fight on par with her and maybe surpass her in a few ways. so it should come as no surprise that naruto could fight with sasuke.

End of Days and KG answered it nicely. Actually, you should have realized that natural energy was Naruto's counter to Sasuke's use of Bijuu chakra.

The manga already proved that when a Bijuu willingly shares and connects its chakra with the user, the chakra is more potent and stronger. Sasuke basically stole hollow chakra to increase his chakra levels, whereas Naruto was given the chakra of the 8 other Bijuu and is intricately linked to Yin Kurama. His Bijuu chakra is stronger, whereas Sasuke's is more plentiful. It's like Sasuke's more potent natural chakra versus Naruto's more plentiful chakra, except in this case the roles are switched.
