Whether he used full power or not (I'm certain he didn't), there's a lot of rinnegan techniques that would of been way suitable in taking out Father Shin.

Yeah nice logic. Naruto wouldn't have even been in the position he was in if not for Sarada, same as Sasuke. Both of them were useless.
