Is that they don't each have their own distinct culture. I think it would be a lot cooler if every nation had its own culture, clothing, customs, art, etc. but there doesn't seem to be much of that. They all speak the same language, have the same race (except hidden cloud since some of them are black) and they all have the same ideals, systems of government and none of them have different religions. The only real differences between the 5 great nations really are the architecture and climate, and climate doesn't even count really since that's geographical and not cultural.
Anyway I think it would have been a lot cooler if the 5 great nations were more culturally diverse, so we could understand really how big of a step it was for all of them to accept their differences and unite against a common enemy. It would have been way cool to see all different sorts of people in a sort of 'cultural melting pot' on the battlefield.
