It appears that Kabuto still thinks Oro is apart of Sasuke.

In this recent chapter he says to Sasuke that they both have the power of the snake and the same master. So I'm assuming this means he doesn't know that Itachi sealed Orochimaru away forever and removed his powers from Sasuke. This is kinda funny when you think about it. I wonder if he knows that Sasuke has the MS let alone the EMS.

I mean I'm pretty sure Kabuto is aware that Sasuke now possess EMS, I mean he's not stupid. Being around Tobi and knowing of Itachi's death, he could at least put the two together (IMO). However, I'm not sure he's aware of Oro being taken away from Sasuke, which could be why he wants Sasuke so badly
