If Sarada is Karin's daughter, then that means she is a child of Uchiha and Uzimaki blood, therefore capable of attaining the Rinnegan.. Hence why Shin would be after her?

Rinnegan comes from Hagoromo chakra or combining Ashura+Indra chakra.

You can't get it just by combining random Senju and Uchiha DNA. Otherwise Danzo and Obito would have gotten their own Rinnegan.

Or if Orochimaru combines Senjuzumaki, Uchiha, and any leftover Six Paths chakra he might have gotten during the war he could re-create it. It's obvious Sarada is a test tube baby from how these were shown whilst Sarada had that expression.
