IT 2017 movie thoughts

Seeing how its october i thought i'd post a discussion about a horror film relatively new. I also wanna know what everyone's thoughts of the film is as everyone i speak to thinks the same way i do. In general, i think this movie was a comedy, no horror at all, no scares at all, not even a decent jump scare from me or my friends i took to watch it. Matter of fact, in the movie theater i heard more laughs than anything, i laughed too more than anything else. What are your thoughts of the film?

Personally,i like the movie more than 90s one. Yes it has comedy ,a lot of comedy moments to be precise, but it's given a new look to the film. Contrast is needed to perceive scary moments better.

Yea there were not many jumpscares but it was wellmade, it was a bit cruel but I liked it.

I've seen the Conjuring 1&2, but not 3. And only a little bit of Annabell. I have Showbox to check them out.

The reason you haven't seen The Conjuring 3 is because well it isn't even made yet. That guy who you quoted must be from the future.

Modern horror is trash but It was really imaginative and actually felt like a proper movie rather than a cheap haunted house.

I really liked it. The sound design/levelling was really distracting but I keep thinking about moments from it. The scene where Pennywise grows in the garage really left an impression.

If it's gonna be more than one movie, I DEMAND the Space Turtle.

The kids were phenomenal, they had great comdey between each other as kids would in their time, they had their issues and they knew how to treat them, pennywise was great, great voice, great acting, great scenes. Really masterpiece of a movie, seen it three times already, I will saw it a fourth time in holloween weekend for sure again. I really hope they involve more things from the book, like the turtle, I was expecting some time of old men being the turtle in the movie to defeat IT for now, but still the ending was great.

Cool - i was watching the Conjuring not so long ago, what i like it about the movies is that, that couple is always together and that makes it great!

I haven't , what is it about?
