Iso Susanoo means "Magical Garb Susanoo". It's the name of the jutsu, not the name of the Susanoo he's armoring onto Kurama. Not to mention it never even said that Sasuke/Madara wrap the Kyuubi with their "Iso Susanoo", because that is not what they do.

Iso Susanoo is a jutsu where Sasuke/Madara wrap PS around the Kyuubi for added power and defense, just as the manga and DB show/states.

There's no mistake; the databook key highlights that the users strip only shows the first user(s) in the manga, not all.
