TnJ is Talk no Jutsu and PnJ is Plot no Jutsu.

Fodder is any useless character, there is a lot. Ex. Sakura.

TnJ- (Talk No Jutsu): The act of a protagonist or antagonist using their charisma to persuade the person who opposes their idea to come around and act the way the protagonist/antagonist desires
PnJ- (Plot No Jutsu): When something in the manga does or does not occur simply so that the plot can continue.
Fodder- Weak, irrelevant or useless ninja with little to no panel time and does nothing of significance towards the manga

TNJ=talk no jutsu
PNJ=plot no jutsu

Fodders=ebisu, mizuki, iruka .......(fodders is usually derived from canon fodders who were soldiers back in the old days .....who had no value at all and were regarded as weaklings and invaluable)

By far the best explanation for his question. Appreciate your input.
