I find it funny that both of the major opponents that we know that Hashirama defeated in life ended up outliving Hashirama. Both Madara and Kakazu lived into their old age and they were both defeated by Hashirama.

Now I'm itching to know how Hashirama died. I wished he lived a long life too. Maybe he and Itachi shared the same disease? I can't think of anything else that could kill him...
