I think it's kaguya's fault for that, Rikudo was trying to help, he even sealed the juubi inside him to repent for his mother's sins. he also wanted to chose ashura as his successor because he believed in his ideals, not the older brothers, he made a mistake.

Nah, Hashirama is the Root of all evil.
The sage is the reason for the 1st Shinobi World War, but eventually a war would have started anyway. From that, Hashirama would have set up the Shinobi System, and then everyone is screwed.

I agree she made peace sort of it went back to fighting again and now madara's walking her path and now a new peace will be recreated

Well, you can say the Sage is partially to blame. You have to realize that back then forcing peace was the way to go, the ES obviously cared about his father's way of ninjshuu so the most logical answer would be that he went out and tried to suppress those who rebelled against it by force.
To be treated as the favorite, the next successor and spend years upholding your fathers teaching and then having your no good brother chosen over u does seem rather infuriating.
It never crossed the Sage's mind to pay attention to the relationship between his sons, or to take his elder son's feelings into account when he made the decision until it was too late. The Sage wasn't a bad father, just careless and if he would have held out on separating the Juubi he could have stopped them.
To a certain degree this history is the Sage's fault, but even he is only human

I say that it was Indra's fault. He started a war with his brother out of pure jealousy over his father's decision. This war lasted for centuries down through the era of Hashirama and Madara. If Indra hadn't just given in to childish jealousy, then the war wouldn't have happened, Madara's brothers wouldn't have been killed, Madara wouldn't have come up with project tsuki no mei and corrupted Obito and the problems of this series wouldn't have happened.
You may say that it was Hagoromo's fault for choosing one son over the other, but there was no law that said that you could only try to make peace if Hagoromo chose you. Therefore Indra could have just gone on about his business and ideals regardless of Hagoromo's choice. In summation, Indra's jealousy was just purely pathetic and childish. His reasons for starting a war made Obito's reasons look perfect. At least Obito lost someone, but Indra was just jealous. That is why the events of the series are Indra's fault.

Ok, So Indra and HAgoromo are both partly to blame for the Uchiha vs Senju wars. However, it was Hashirama they fixed all that and still screwed up. You can say that Madara is the one to blame, but he only turned evil because the shinobi system is bullshit, like everyone else.
If you think the shin obi system, which hashirama set up, is good, explain to me how they managed to start a world war within 1 generation, and have a second one after that, and then a third, and now a fourth, without a single generation getting a break.
To illustrate how close they have been together, Tsunade has fought in 3/4 of them, that we know of..
We know she is in the 4th, and the second one is when she fought Hanzo. 3rd is between the two so it is presumed that she was a medic.
Since Tobirama fought in the 1st, and Tsunade was around before hashirama died, She was probably there too, but not fighting.
If one girl gets to see 4 separate world wars, you know the shin obi system is shit.
