Madara has displayed 2 planetary level jutsus, Mugen Tsukuyomi and Shin Jukai kotan while Sasuke didn´t show any.

Sasuke soloed all of the tailed beasts just by looking at Kurama then went on to and used 9 core-less Chibaku Tenseis to capture all of them. He did this all without moving from the spot that he was currently at.

If that was the case , Madara would of used ttb instead of spamming limbo the whole time. Just stop , Madara showed none of that so stop trying to give him Obito's feats as use it like its his own

lol, its obviously still one of his feats, by extension, its not a far stretch at all. if your going by exact strict feats, then Sasuke has only been shown using one of the powers of the rinnegan, maybe two if im mistaken. Madara has been shown to use multiple feats. with it. I could go on with many other things. but its not worth the time since this topic is long old.
