-Gedo Mazo with the Bijuus in it is more versatile and similar in terms of power. Perfect Susanoo =< Gedo Mazo (Bijuu chakra)
-Juubi Gedo Mazo > Perfect Susanoo.

yeah Gedo Mazou is stronger than MAdara's Perfect Susanoo because as kurama said gedo mazou has all the abilities n chakra from all tailed beast from one to nine tails!

that is massive! i seriously doubt madara's PS could counter it but it will be a nice battle nevertheless n madara might find a way as he is quite smart enough ..he managed to get mokuton, EMS, and has many strong other techniques!

Same for Kurama

Now Gedo Mazo is the strongest weapon around, feared even by Kurama... I don't think it can even be compared to anything we've seen so far, other than the Sage himself...

On the other hand, Madara has the Rinnengan as well, so he can potentially summon and controll the Gedo Mazo too? I wonder...

well Perfect Susano'o is said to be COMPARABLE to that of a tailed beast, I personally interpreted this as either being slightly weaker, the same, or slightly stronger then a tailed beast

so seeing as the gedo mazo has 7 tailed beasts and a fraction of the chakra from the 8 and 9 tails AND was shown to be pretty strong hallow (dragon soul rip) then my personal opinion would be yes, it is weak COMPARED to the the gedo mazo only.
