OT: Kakashi was trapped in Tsukuyomi for 3 days or something. That alone gives him the advantage over Kakashi. Kakashi needs to get in CQC to even have a chance and the scan you posted was an Itachi doppleganger trying to waste time so he let him in.

Kakashi always says don't look into his eyes but ends up following for the trap anyways. Kakashi also can't copy his. Genjutsu because it is a Kekkai Genkai. Kakashi's version of warping takes too long and to much prep. Unlike Obito's version of warping Kakashi's takes up much more chakra amd its ineffective.

No Itachi soloes.
