That in a Arc about Quincy's one of the main cast of characters (Uryu) who is a Quincy has no screen time at all.
Do you think he will play a role later on??

He will play role later, but yeah he did little screen time considering that this arc is his arc (tho Fullbring arc was Chad's but latter didn't get much screen time).

And what bother me even more is that there is no single panel in arc with Ryuuken (excluding EBTR)

Oh, he"ll come alright. There's probably some sort of buildup. Especiay since he now realizes he can't escape from the wraths of the Wandenreich.
