Isn't it odd that Minato never bothered to mark his precious students?

This, I find it odd he didn't mark them with the ftg mark just in case you know? It seems this would have saved him quite a bit of trouble if you ask me... Or just shows he was a bad teacher lol what do you guys think!

This is ok, not really their choice though is it? It just seems like something that should of been done considering they where kids participating in the 3rd ninja war, hell he might of even been able to save rin, or know obito was alive

I meant when they where still all together as a team though, I was gonna use this for my op but i remembered he died right after so he wouldn'tve been able to try and find obito again

instead each student carries an kunai with ftg mark

but ofc they could've had it along with them, but since he is too far away and did not even know what is going on. Ftg took at least 3 jounin (or chunin) to perform, so i guess it takes too much of chakra too. So the risk of he checking on all of his students once in a while while knowing nothin what is going on on their side is kinda risky moves and can put all of them into danger situation.

This is a valid point as well, I just figured as him being in charge of kids he would of done it, at least during the war, and then maybe removed it later(not sure if he can actually do this tbh)

Uhmm yeah, you know, so I don't have to die from a rock or watch my friends die. I would also like my teachers to teach me their skills because that's the point of being a teacher.
