Isn't it dumb that...Madara can differentiate between the clones and the orginal person while Kaguya cannot,despite having the Byakugan and Sharinnegan and being hundred of years older?

also i think that was a different kind of clone tech that he used.....never heard him say "tajuu" before using that move

I don't think she can actually see with her third eye. It's just used for casting IT as far as I can tell.
