Yea there is no doubt in the fact that sasuke has gotten stronger but just no its not going to happen, he is relying solely on his eye abilities and has just become really reckless. As soon as he got MS he over used it so much he was already started to become blind, Itachi would kick your a** and only used his eye abilities as a last resort. He might at some point surpass Itachi in strength but never has a ninja, but not madara, so in my eyes he might become the strongest uchiha if at one point he becomes better than madara but he will never be the best uchiha
