You can blame America all you want but you are not solving anything until you are able to fix the local issues. USA certainly reaps certain economic benefits and loves it's power game along with it. But there is little to gain with conspiracy theories and blame game. Either you want ISIS to go or you don't. We are yet to see how this would go. This matter is hot currently so France had to launch some attacks at least to deal with domestic pressure. What exactly would happen in long term is still unclear.

I said 'why did they take responsibility of the attack'. Since they already accepted and no one is contending their claim, I have no reason to treat them as hostile witness against themselves. Nothing more, nothing less. Whether the bombers/terrorists were sent by them in ISIS or their allies in USA, lost it's meaning the moment they did so. More or less. Because I don't see France trying to attack USA for their role in ISIS.

Seriously these cycles don't stop if everyone keeps trying to blame each other-one can move on if all involved parties are ready to take their losses and move on without bothering each other more. As long as one would keep trying to kick out others and prevail, they will seek alleys and alleys like USA won't help unless they have something to gain and that's natural. You won't be allying with anyone without some return at least in return. Otherwise the help will be limited if at all. There is no such thing as unlimited charity in international affairs of such a scale. It's either that or will continue till one party takes over completely no matter how many decades it takes.
