[Theory] Ishida Uryuu mother

I have been thinking, and when The King of Quincys (don't remember name) took the power from not full-blooded, Ishida was not affected, so that can mean some things, the first is that or he couldn't take his power or he didn't want to, if he didn't want its because Ishida has a hollow power with him, and something protects him from it, so he will not die like Ichigo's mother would die, or The King of Quincys didn't want to take it, because maybe Ishida's mother was a Shinigami, and if he took Ishida's power, it would corrupt him with Shinigami power, so what you think?
