Ok. Water, or Suiton, chakra is fluid and dynamic. It can take the form of mist or rain as well as great rivers or waves. It is more stable than Fire or Lightning, though.
It is readily able to douse Fire, but cannot easily penetrate Earth. It also conducts electricity, so is ideal to combine with Lightning.

Concentrates, making chakra flow fluidly through the body. Concentrates and collects suiton. Pushes the the water out under pressure, causing it to spray into a mist when released.

Now manipulate all of the mist around you with your suiton chakra, next bring it into your hand and it will be enough mist to turn into liquid once you accumulate enough of it.
After that form a sword out of it.

Once youve done that I want you to spew it from your mouth, it wont taste good but it can stop the enemy in his/her tracks...

Begins gathering suiton chakra in the mouth. Compresses more and more into a glob, working it around the tongue. As the suiton grows in amount, I continue to thicken the density. Finally, I spit a glob of gel-like syrup onto the ground.
O, my... wipes mouth... that was unpleasant. It seems rather rude, but it must be effective, or I don't see how anyone would go through the trouble.
