Errrrr, not to be a glass half empty guy, but you can't have both with 1 handseal i'm pretty sure, as i understood it, the specialty means that you are forced to have the handseal reduction on fire and can not have another handseal reduction >_<

Yep, I re-read the rules and it just says specialty, so I changed the stuff.

As for weights, EIG is not compatible with Uchiha, so, since I was never formally trained in leg weights, only got them through EIG, I don't have it in this bio. It's cool though, I already have a bunch of stuff xD
