Zoro defeating pica means zoro's Haki is stronger then pika's that's all luffy can't do full body Haki does that mean pika is stronger then luffy shit even doffy never did full body Haki. Sanji getting injured by verge in and already injured body means he lost wow. So when along was beating up zoro during Arlong park and took notice to zoro's wounds Zoro lost then right? And your saying kizaru will be the weakest admiral is literally the stupidest thing I've ever heard lmao. The one that owns up to his fears and comes back and gets the job done anyways. The kind that stops Sugar, the biggest part of Doflamingo's plan, twice, despite his fears. The same kind that strengthens his resolve so much, it forces his Haki to awaken.

The same way that Oda is supposedly developing Zoro closer to first mate status by showing his loyalty to Luffy, I can argue he's developing Usopp to first mate status by showing him getting over his cowardice more and more; Usopp's first mate development is shown by him going from a coward who always run away to a warrior whose resolve forces his Haki to awaken(much like Luffy's did) that tackles his fears and gets the most important job done.
