I think she is a half perfect jin because she was able to control the the chakra she uses of the tailed beast. But she isn't able to control the tailed beast itself.

Probably. Bee commented that she was one of the ones who trained to master their bijuu, but she wasn't mentioned as being one who could do so by Danzo.

It seems like it, remember, she went full Tailed Beast Mode against Hidan and Kakuzu, so she must have had some level of control, even when she was alive, also remember she probably had the same training as Bee since they both were training in the Hidden Cloud.
I think she almost had full control, due to the Cloud having exceptional Jinchuuriki training techniques.

Ahhh I was about to conment saying it was full form but after a second look at that pic it does look quite small. Still.. thats a weird form for a halfperfect jin to have lol but whatever.

she was probably like gaara, she could control the entire bijuu, but the bijuu was not neccesarily cooperative with her.
A perfect jin, is someone who TAMED their bijuu, not just CONTROLLED IT(tamed meaning the bijuu is at least neutral, or friendly with host....and madara uchiha controlled kurama, and because of that couldnt use its full power)
It was said somewhere that the lower tailed bijuu were much easier to control than higher tailed.
So gaara was able to partially turn into shukaku as well, and could maintain control, but he also couldnt use shukakus full power either
(i think she had been taught to take chakra from her bijuu, but had not yet gotten on friendly terms with it.
