Is Yin Kurama more evil than his other half?

Yin = dark, Yang = light.
However, yin and yang shouldn't be compared to the western understanding of good and evil, where good triumphs over evil and destroys it. Yang doesn't destroy yin. Yang compliments yin. You need both to make balanced decisions.

Maybe minato got the good side of kurama? Minato wouldnt have any time to master kyuubi chakra mode. After sealing half of it inside of himself he died seconds after. All i can think of is this: when minato were on his way to the battlefield with the other kages, the kyuubi inside him could either sense madara or it could sense his other half became friends with naruto and that was enough for the kyuubi to side with minato.

Title speaks for itself, although considering this panel, I doubt it.

What makes you think Minato didn't train from within the death repear seal? Time passes in there or else that goes against what Hiruzen stated about the jutsu user and the victim of the jutsu battle each other for all of time.

and Jiraiya stated Minato sealed the "Dark chakra" with the death repear seal so he has the evil chakra
