Not likely at all, since Mokuton is something completely different from Earth and Water; it's also never stated in the manga that Lightning Release is Mokuton's weakness.

Sh!t, I don't even think that Amaterasu stands a chance against full-scale Mokuton.

Its the strongest elemental KKG in the whole manga. Saying Mokuton is overrated is almost the same as saying Hashirama is overrated, which is something i don't see very often.

Yamato's cheap copy is sometimes a bit overrated though.

Wood is weak against water jutsu (demonstrated in chapter 646, page 14), weak against lightning jutsu (demonstrated in chapter 308, page 4), against wind (demonstrated in chapter 317, page 15) and against fire (demonstrated the first time you make a campfire) if we look whats weak wood for but it depends on the scale and vitality of the jutsu that is given by Hashirama's chakra and life force! It is best seen when comparing Yamato's size and coplexity of the mokuton jutsu and Hashirama's ones. Its like riding through a fence on a bicycle or in a truck...
