Is Whis still the strongest Character?

I havent been keeping up much, just wondering.

My friend keeps saying that Vegito, Hit and Zamasu.

Please provide a detailed response.

I would personally say the King of all, considering he can literally wipe out the 12 universes.

There is absolutely no way Whis is stronger than Fusion Zamasu or SSJ Blue Vegito. :lol SSJ God Goku can give Beerus at around 70% a good fight. Obtaining SSJ Blue and merging with his equal in power, Vegeta, he easily makes up for that 30% and then some. The gap between Goku or Vegeta alone and Vegito is ridiculous as seen in Z. SSJ3 Goku can't even defeat Super Buu on his own but Super Vegito shit stomps Buuhan.

And Fusion Zamasu is made of two people near Goku and Vegeta's level so there's no way he's weaker than Whis or Beerus either.

We don't know Whis' full power yet so hard to say. We just know that he's stronger than Beerus.

He's not the strongest any more. He's admitted inferiority to the Grand Priest, an Angel serving Zeno. Zeno himself is also above him, as well as Tori-bot. Also it's hinted that Vados may be stronger than him, But i'm pretty sure they're even.

Vegito or Zack, it's somewhat unclear how strong they could be compared to Whis. Vegito's whole thing is being far above everyone else, and Zack seems to be actually fighting him, rather than being used as toilet paper like Buu, or technically Omega and Janemba. I'm going with Whis still being stronger than them, because reasons. Also I suppose Whis could rewind time to before they fused, then curbstomp them unfused if they did have a power advantage.
