Are the Uzumakis superior to the Senjus in terms of vitality and chakra reserves?

while Nagato used the gedo dragon jutsu which is suppose to drain all the users chakra. He still lived thru it.

And then kushina still being alive after the kyuubi was ripped from her. It's said when the bijuu is the removed the host dies instantly.

I think her survival from bisection has something more to do with her medical ninjutsu than natural vitality tbh

You could be right. But other than tsunade we have no way in knowing if the senju were equal to uzumakis in vitality.
