Is Tsunade's Strength of a Hundred Technique more advanced than her Creation Rebirth?

The Strength of a Hundred technique allows Tsunade to automatically recover any wound sustained if the technique is in effect.

Creation Rebirth will heal all wounds but only happens one time (I think, not too sure if it's just once).

Is the Strength of a Hundred Technique at a higher level than Creation Rebirth?
