No, sakura never did it cuz 1. it isn't viable in a combat situation w/o an scripted opening or gifted opportunity 2. Sakura hasn't had a real taijutsu fight or any consistent development 4 that matter.

She may have but that jutsu was only used once so we can't involve Sakura into this

I believe it is actually, I think I remember a user saying that was her type in the databook and that jutsu probably does possess a Raiton aspect to it. I'm gonna see if I san find any databook scans of Tsunade..

Dont think so. I think she learned some jutsu. Kakashi can use earth jutsu and he doesnt have a natural affinity for earth. Itachi can also use water jutsu and being an uchiha makes him natural affinity ro fire.

You can't just turn your chakra into lightning and not have the affinity for it, turning your chakra into an element is the definition of nature transformation haha. Kakashi has lightning, earth and water affinity as he said he has more than just lightning here

and it's manga fact that you can't copy and use a jutsu if you don't have the skills or capabliliy of using them so Kakashi needs to have the nature transformations to actually copy those jutsus. Same with Itachi and water. Kakashi said jounins usually have at least 2, not that they can't have more.

Kakashi had been a jounin since like 13, and got the Sharingan. You don't think he spend the majority of the years learning other elements in order for him to copy more jutsus? He did tell Naruto that the nature transformation training is hard to do and takes a long time to achieve. This is why Naruto was using clones to speed up his training, at one point Naruto used 200 clones which equals 200 days of training in 1 day.

Except you can't turn your chakra into an element without learning how to, she would have to learn how to like Naruto learned his wind. Kakashi said Jounins usually have at least 2 elements, she's a Kage. Naruto's heart was stopping when Kabuto attacked Naruto but she was using her basic medical ninjutsu. Sakura couldn't use electricity, she had to cut Naruto's chest open and manually beat his heart.

. Kakashi has 3 elements (lightning, earth, and water), Oonoki has 4 (earth, wind, fire, dust), Mei has 5 (water, earth, fire, lava, boiling), Hiruzen have 5 (5 basic ones), Hashirama and all with his DNA who uses wood have 3 (water, earth, wood).

Tsunade used her electricity made from her chakra to disrupt the flow of electricity in Kabuto's nervous system. She doesn't show her elements because healers are mainly supporters, they only heal and do not take part in the actual fighting, these are laws Tsunade made, the 4th law allows her to disregard the first 3 laws if they can use the Yin seal like her. She has the element but that doesn't mean she learned jutsus for it, Minato has an element but we never seen him use a elemental jutsu.

I'm pretty sure she is, even if she only used a raiton based technique once, it is a A rank technique if i'm not mistaken. It's a little above basic.

But Tsunade doesn't fight with alot of range techniques so i doubt she would use like other raiton based techniques. Maybe if the situation called for it. I don't know but im pretty sure she can use raiton.

We don't know what Tsunade's affinity is, it could be Raiton or it could be any of the four other elements, but I agree that she can use Raiton jutsu.
