Nah. Itachi tries to speedblitz Undertaker and he gets tombstone'd. Even CM Punk wasn't able to escape that, as seen in Wrestlemania XXIX. It's pretty fast, though, especially since it's Itachi's finisher.

Plz, the blade can only hit targets that can't move properly, so as long as your faster than 10 mph then you can easily avoid it lol
