Is Totsuka blade & Yata Mirror part of Itachi's sharingan?

They are weapons used by his susano'o, they arent his eye techniques and cant be transfered to sasuke by sasuke just transplanting his eyes. So far, we've seen sasuke's susano twice after he got the ems and they werent with him.
