Ahh, good point.. But Danzo also had Senju DNA. and tbh his 3t sharigans did not seem to be that much stronger except the time limit of course. He was easily caught trying to use KA at the summit by the byakugan guy. Eiether tobi's 3t sharigan is completely beast on epic proportions by itself, Or Danzo got trolled with some weak senju Dna. --- My thoughts

He wasn't trolled. Remember, Tobi had more control over the Hashi DNA in his body,thus more benefits.

Its possible. Kabuto did say he was stronger than he was in his prime. And even if his 3T was heightened, we don't know if it's heightened to the level if Tobi's, assuming my theory ia right. Besides, if 3T is enhanced, so would his Rinnegan be. And that would explain why Kabuto said Madara is stronger than his prime. It all kinda fits together.
