i-------> Omfg I've just came to conclusion that Tobidara is stronge than Obito!!! 1) Tobidara looks more serious, evil and badass! 2) He seems to know a lot more than Obito and posseses all the knowledge in the Shinobi World, which Obito himself wouldn't even know!! So, when I compare those two personalities, I think that Tobidara is stronger feat and mentally-wise!!!
