also kabuto is wanting sasuke for the same reason of orochimaru did...to learn more ninjutsu
or he wants vengenace for sasuke killin orochimaru

He wants Sasuke's Sharingan to "evolve" it into the Rinnegan and become the next Sage of Six Paths. Kabuto is just chasing after a dream that was originally Orochimaru's. In order to learn all the jutsus it would become easier to copy them with the Sharingan or train the Sharingan into a Rinnegan. The Rinnegan allows easy access or learning to any jutsu. Sooo...there it is!

As we have all seen Sasuke is easily manipulated, and has a hard time deciding things for himself. Even when Itachi has done everything in his power to protect his brother from doing what he plans Sasuke is still arrogant and a complete fool for pursuing the destruction of konoha.

Tobi is manipulating Sasuke in some way, just like he did Nagato. He uses there believes against them. Just like Ororchimaru did.
