Is he saying d truth when he said he gave Nagato his eyes as in the rinnegan,i don't believe coz

1.if he did then when n how coz we saw nagato kill ninjas when he was young like 5 yrs n also j man trained him
2.if he did does it mean he had 2 different eyes from d start
3.why give a child who could have died (if not for j man training him)
4.if he did have rinnegan why did he not use it against minato(coz maybe he would have won)
5.if he did have d rinnegan,then where did he get it from coz only d so6p had the rinnegan(is he saying he meet d so6p coz the so6p is in the moon right)

i know that,what am saying is if tobi(like he said) had the rinnega n he gave it to nagato....then if so he must have had u different eyes becoz he had d sharingan(and now he's calming to be d one that gave nagato the rinnega )
