Yes tobi was a badass villian and him becoming obito and the rin excuse upsetted many (including myself) but over chapters he has been proven to be a fitting villian whos intentions clearly made him the badass tobi. If you cannot accept the fact that obito and tobi are the same and have been the same throughout the series than you must not like this series because Obito is the main antagonist of the series.
