Is Tobi Really Evil???

i was just wondering is tobi even really a bad guy like they all claim him to be???Tobi did state some true facts really what did the 5 kages accomplish???Im not takin his side yet cause what he did do to the hidden mist was f***ed up. Ive been thinking about this since the first time he was introduced in the manga I'm thinking he's the if you dont follow my order type its war.One thing that makes me believe that tobi isn't evil also is that Nagato was taking orders from him.

In this one he speaks about making everything one a perfect union.

Tobi lost his mind after he lost to the first Hokage and now wants peace by creating a fantasy (Moon's eye plan.) He wants peace in the end and committed horrible deeds in order to suceed so I don't think he is completely evil but lost his sanity in the process.

tobi says his intentions are for peace, but he just wants to rule with an iron fist.. putting the whole world under a genjutsu is basically taking away free will.. like he wants to be the dictator of the world.. evil enough for me..

Well in a way YES!!!
But both Nagato(Pein) and Madara(Tobi) want peace but they are trying to rule with an "iron fist"...so to sum it up I think he is good but not doing a good job of it.

Well, not EVIL per se. He's not a cruel torturer. But he does not respect the rights of other people, and manipulates and kills if he has to. His final goal is peace, but if allowed to reach it, the REAL world will be ruined. Tobi will wreak evils on humanity, if you will.
