No he's not, he'd beat everyone except Kabuto (who has Edo Tensei). He will simply warp behind the person and kidnap them, a technique that can't be countered unless you have S/T ninjutsu. Add his Jinchuuriki paths and you have one seriously powerful character.

I voted no, but pretty much all of the top 10 are overrated to an extent by their fanboys. He's nowhere near as overrated as some tho (read: Itachi and Minato).

Nah. He's a curious character, and we don't even have his whole history, so I can't really judge him. But he is a genius, that's a given.
