Okay first off we haven't really seen what he can do, second he almost lost to konan but he had his izanagi to help him,
would, he got beat by the fourth pretty easy though he was young there, and well if he doesn't have artificial arm he would be handicap. Arm lost becuz of Fu/Torune and Konan. I mean he is strong but i wouldn't place him infront of
nagato, but maybe now that he has rinnegan and the story is progressing we may see his true powers.

Currently he have 7 bijuus, Gedo mazo, rinnegan and himself. You can't say ''if he didnt have artificial arm'' that's the way it is, you can't remove Minato's FTG, Naruto's kyuubi or Sasuke's sharingan. Even with Sharingan he is stronger than Nagato.

1st, did you NOT see what he did to those elite mist ninja he overkilled them all.
also, he is uchiha mixed with Senju and auto heals.
Has Kamui, and his sharingan was powerful enough to take control of Kurama and undo his seal, not just ANY uchiha can do that.

He only almost died to Konan because she had a long time to prepare for him, and lets face it, who would have known that Konan was capable of such a attack, anyone else (other than Danzo) would have died if they were caught in that.
He lost to Minato..that dosent make him weak, Minato was still above his level at the time, and Minato was Hokage for a reason.
He lost his arm because he wasnt even taking them seriously.
Not even gonna mention Gedo Mazo...
Just because he is not destroying entire landscapes dosent mean he isnt strong ya know..
I dont see who can beat him one on one other than Minato, Itachi, or Madara.

i agree with you. he has some cool tricks up his sleeve but hes lost almost every fight hes been in. hes good at running away and dodging attacks and thats about it. i wouldnt really call the 7 bijuu strong because they were all defeated in what???? 4 chapter?? maybe 3?

Think about it, he survived a full out fight with the yellow flash. How many can say they did the same?
Also he held his own against Guy, Naruto, Bee and Kakashi at the same time for quite some time. If not for Kakashi having Obito's
own Ms they wouldn't even have landed a hit on him. That's 2 mid kage level shinobi and 2 low kage/high jonin. Only Madara could have done the same
