Without Rinnegan, Obito would stand no chance. EMS Madara, however, would still be able to beat them, albeit it wouldn't be as easy as when he's an edo, obviously. He'd have to get serious quicker and he would be without Rinnegan and Mokuton. With that, PS would show up quicker.
