After getting his ****ing ass kicked in by Deidara, Sasuke is out of chakra and can barely move anymore. Deidara uses a final attack which will blow up the ****ing world, but somehow Sasuke manages to summon Manda and protect himself, not dying from the explosion. How does Sasuke summon Manda if he's out of chakra? How does he move so fast that he dodges the explosion? Let me answer that for you; Plot no Jutsu.

Lol! He's trolling pretty hard, but he kinda has a point there. You need to provide the chakra in order to summon and Manda is pretty big. Sasuke should not have been able to summon something that big when he was so chakra depleted.
