Does it really matter if it is weird or not? It's something found to be attractive by someone (allegedly you).

The question of why is somewhat irrelevant to the fact that it is - but it is relevant into how you interpret it. As someone else stated - it could be attraction to humility. Or it could be just the attraction to an instantaneous reaction from a guy (be it pleasure or pain).

I think it's attractive when a girl nuzzles into my embrace. While that is considered more 'normal' - It is still considered unacceptable for me to start hugging people who don't want me to hug them. Likewise - what you and someone else find to be an appropriate display of affection is your independent business.
