Technological weapons dont take the life of the user. The chakra is used to use the unique power of the blades. Chojuro said the size of his blade increases with his confidence. Its a unique weapon which doesnt follow laws of physics. Kubikiribocho grows with the amount of blood consumption. It's almost like the blades are living beings and samehada has been proven to be as they eat "life containing" substances to increase thier power.

I think Ninja tech still uses the chakra of the user. not I may be wrong about this. but the chakra blade was said to use too mych of the users chakra to be safe. and I think the chakra boots do as well. but don't get me wrong the Samehada and Kubikrikiboco are aliens straped to a stick.

So if the chojuro's sword is made in a way that uses ones chakra to quote "store energy" how is that any differant then a sword made to put out energy.

Because one is technological and the other is natural. One does the work for you the other you must manage physically. The point of ninja tech was to increase ease of use but the 7 swords are the opposite only certai people can use them.

Not everyone can use the Chakra sword Boruto has. and I fail to see how flash bombs from Sarada and the Bomb Sword shibiki are any way diffenrent.

Pretty sure anyone can but I don't remember. The difference is one is mechanical which helps in the operations and the other isn't. All ninja tech are ninja tools but not all ninja tools are ninja tech.
