It seems the shit has either went down suddenly, or just crashed.
With the catastrophic amount of people thinking FB is on it's last leg, and other SNS rising, ex. Twitter, Tumblr, and Instagram. And recently, Facebook's IPO amazingly going down only makes more think that FB is nothing compared to the superpower of 2009-2011 that turned Myspace into literally nothing.

1. Facebook owns Instagram
2. You can't be so profitable doing one thing forever.
3. Most the money Facebook makes comes from shit like Farmville and those kind of games.
4. Unlike Google who has spread all over the internet buying YouTube, buying Motorola, making Android, making Google Docs, Google Drive, Gmail, Google Earth...etc. Facebook doesn't do that much at all.
5. Facebook is planning on launching a smartphone in the coming years (they've been secretly hiring ex-apple employees to develop it)
6. Companies come and go all the time.
