Yes. She and Ooniki will probably die considering Tsunade is obviously going to perish considering her stat, and Ooniki looks the most injured. He's pretty darn old and it looks like he got his heart ruptured. Theirs no going back after that.

Either she'll die, or gt revived I'm guessing, cause they came to the point where she's half dead and is willing to revive the other dead-looking kages...not good for her

Since Kishi said important people were going to die in this war, it might likely be the end os Tsunade.
And as Jiraiya and Tsunade (if she dies and reanimates the kages) would have accomplished great feats at heir death.
I believe Kishi is going to surprise us with Orochimaru doing something for the war, and maybe die as a hero like the two Sannin.
