almost and u said reaction speed in other words reflexes which means sage mode > ftg( albeit tobirama's use ) so jiraya and dsm kabuto should be on the list as well as hashirama, and ems sasuke reflexes should be up there too due to the fact ms sasuke was able to react and dodge the raikage, im sure ems ups reaction even more but if not exclude him

Why is naruto up there he obviously didn't react quick enough when kuruma got chained and now that he doesn't have kyuubi. Please take the b for bijuu out he is only sage if he survives this ordeal.
