The non-Kage team seems to be resting a bit on Lee and Sakura.
I may be missing something because I don't really keep up with current data anymore since the series is over, but do we even know if Rock Lee can open 7th and 8th gates or is that just a booster condition by the OP? Lee seems to be the only person with special conditions for the gates in order to boost his stats.
None of these characters are exactly spectacular nor possess any real great feats with the exception of Sakura. She's the inheritor of her mentor and the second coming of the Sannin. I typically assume Sakura is, at most, equal to where Tsunade was against Madara (referring to Sakura's prime).
Lee is in the same boat with the exception of, what we know about him (unless he can open all gates) is still leagues below Gai, he maxes out at 6th Gate.
Temari and Suigetsu? They're a bit more than named fodder. I can't see them as much past a statistical calculation of "how effective are their techniques in this scenario?" Suigetsu already has the short end of the stick with a storm/lightning user as advanced as Darui. Temari has an advantage with wind only against Darui. These two don't really add much to an equation.
As for the Kage team, they're all pretty much in the same boat with the exception of Gaara who had the most screen time and actual evolution. Kurotsuchi and Chojuro especially are like the Temari and Suigetsu of their group. My memory may be bad but has their significance been beyond the possessing Lava Release and one of the 7S? Darui is a bit more prevalent but only because he was seen around the Raikage and has dealt with more significant enemies during his screen time.
I presume we're evaluating them during the end of the series at chap 700. We have to assume that everybody, at that time, is at their peak level but we have really nothing beyond the last war over a decade ago, to judge them on. I'm not sure if Sakura demonstrated the same degree healing transmission abilities as Tsunade, but if she has, the team with the medic has the highest chance of survival. Sakura possesses the same level of pseudo immortality that Tsunade had and the ability to summon Katsuyu. This gives her value in either offense or defense (which ever she decides) for her other teammates. Combined with Lee's style of fighting (which isn't unlike her own, minus the sheer random destruction) they have the means to outlast most of the kage. Gaara, previously being a Jinchuuriki possesses the highest chance of keeping up with Lee in terms of stamina, if not surpassing him.
Eight Gates eats up stamina. Lee can use his maximum gate potential maybe two or three times but it would exhaust him faster. Then again it would also generate overwhelming force that could aid in defeating his opponents faster. When fighting a gate user, it's better to outsmart him and set up a more solid defense/redirection until he burns out.
Temari has a fan and wind...and she's cute.
Suigetsu is a less powerful version of his brother who is a weaker version of second Mizukage. In a big sword match, against Darui, I believe that was already settled.
Pre-shippuden Gaara couldnt' keep up with Lee's speed and his shell was strong enough to survive 3 gates of power. He'd probably be outdone by 6 gates but I'm not entirely sure during the war. I can't really remember the opponents Gaara has fought during the war so I can't say if his defense is fast enough to deal with six gates. Just out of speculation I'll say no, power wise, I'd say, if he could erect something he it could succeed in defending. I believe the sand is weak to water or it may be just the oil from the Second Mizukage. Depending on that, determines if Suigetsu is even worth anything on that team.
I just wrote this sloppily to kill time before physics review. I really have no idea since these characters are pretty much nobodies to me at this point, except for Sakura who I have a tinge bit of respect for. There is a general balance here between the teams; both having fodder and slightly more significant fighters...
